studied law at the "Paris Lodron University" in Salzburg and is registered as Attorney at Law since 2001. He started his professional career in 1997 at the law firm "Foglar-Deinhardstein" in Vienna and continued it as a partner at "Salpius & Partner" and "Specht & Partner". Mag. Baumgarten also completed the training as a Compliance Officer and supports his clients in the challenges and risks of the operating business.
In 2008 he founded the law firm "Baumgarten Legal Services".
He represents national and international clients in particular in contract law as well as in legal relations with authorities and courts and is fluent in English. Due to his many years of working experience with clients from a wide range of industries and his profound professional knowledge, Mag. Baumgarten offers the most competent legal advice and develops solution strategies, which he implements for you in an effective and goal-oriented manner.
As an expert in real estate law, medical law and insurance law, his work is highly appreciated by clients and colleagues.

has been part of the Baumgarten Legal Services team since 2013 and celebrated her 10th anniversary in September. She successfully completed her law degree at the University of Vienna and is currently enrolled in the postgraduate LL.M. program "European and International Business Law", also at the University of Vienna.
With her theoretical expertise and many years of practical experience, she assists our clients in all legal areas. However, her main focus is on real estate, tax, employment and contract law, which makes her a valuable contact person both for clients and as a colleague.
We are pleased that Mag. Spasojevic has also started her professional training as a trainee lawyer in our law firm under Mag. Baumgarten as a training lawyer as of March 2023.
As a long-time employee and experienced lawyer, Mag. Spasojevic is available for initial and consultation meetings in person, virtually and also by telephone. Her working languages include German, English and Serbian.
Ms. Spasojevic is currently on leave due to her work as a legal intern, which she performs in the district of the Vienna Higher Regional Court.
Mag. Riccarda Schütz, LL.M.

has a degree in law from the Juridicum Vienna and joined our law firm in 2022.
Already during her studies she gained valuable practical experience in renowned law firms with a focus on criminal law, tort law and real estate law. In addition, she worked in the field of real estate appraisal and prepared market value appraisals as well as appraisals on the appropriate rent and the guideline rent.
She graduated from the LL.M. program "International Commercial Law" in Manchester with distinction under minimum study time and accordingly has in-depth knowledge of international commercial law and legal English. She is currently a doctoral candidate in law at the University of Vienna (Juridicum). Ms. Schütz also advises on divorce, family, and inheritance law matters. Her working languages are German and English as well as Spanish.
Omar Elmokadem, LL.M.

has successfully completed his Master's degree in Business Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and joined our firm as a legal associate in March 2019. With his expertise in corporate law, real estate law and civil law, he handles matters related to company formation and contract drafting.
Mr. Elmokadem handles correspondence and cooperation with our partner notaries in matters of sales contracts and ensures straightforward processing of company register and land register entries. In addition to his native language German, he is fluent in English and Polish.
Mr. Elmokadem is currently on leave due to his work as a legal intern, which he performs in the district of the Vienna Higher Regional Court.

is a student in the Master's programme in Business Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU) and has been supporting the legal team with her experience in construction and real estate law and her organisational skills since February 2019. Her area of responsibility includes the processing of collections in the pre-litigation phase, complaints, compensation for damages as well as the drafting of legal opinions.
Preparation, correspondence as well as successful handling in cases of medical law, insurance law as well as the use of nursing staff from third countries complete her field of activity. Working languages are German, English and French.

In her job, she always keeps an overview of all files and handles mainly the bank and fiduciary correspondence.
Marieluise Baumgarten

is at present a student at the University of Vienna and has been reinforcing our office management in the back office since May 2022. Her agendas include, among other things, trust processing via the trust module and the administration of trust accounts.
Since autumn 2023, she is also studying human medicine at the JKU-Johannes Kepler University in Linz and thus brings medical expertise to the firm in relevant cases.
